A modified version of the Titan [Priest: Sacred Candle] Addon
lets you see in the Titan bar how many Flintweed Seed you have and will warn u when u have low of that item.

you can adjust the alarm threshold by manually editing first entry in LOCALIZATION.LUA
TITAN_FLINTWEEDSEEDCOUNTER_ALERT = 10

Change 10 in whatever you want. it will warn u if below that number.
